As a member of the City Council, Bob Howey, “Enthusiastically” supported selling the old McClouth Steel plant to Crown Enterprises (a.k.a. the Moroun’s). Crown Enterprises is quickly moving forward with efforts to re-install the train spur and turn the property into a multimodal shipping port. As a result, the train traffic downriver is likely to triple.

So the next time you stopped by a train, thank Bob Howey.
